I'm Felicia Heward, the People Problem Solver and I’m passionate about helping business leaders achieve their growth goals by creating workplaces where people thrive and work is aligned and inspired by the organization’s purpose and strategy.

I began my HR career in Fortune 100 companies and thanks to a recruiter landed my dream job at Tesla, long before anyone saw their products on the road. That's also where I caught the Startup bug and moved my career into a whole new path. 

I’ve worked in SaaS, Aviation, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors, and I now partner with fast growing organizations- all over the Midwest- to solve their People Problems by guiding them through change, expansion, and transformation.
