

Having obtained my Bachelor's degree and pursued a Master's in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations at Michigan State University, I forged my HR career within the corporate landscape.
I held a variety of Human Resource roles at notable organizations such as Boeing and General Electric. These positions provided me with a strong HR foundation and valuable insights into the significant role that the function plays in shaping both business success & work culture.
Then, one day the phone rang, and I was recruited to contribute my employee relations expertise to the startup realm, joining a fast growing company called Tesla. It was that start-up experience that empowered me to take a fresh career path into the fractional space.
Today, I draw on my HR expertise and business experience to partner with Series A–C startups and growing companies as a Fractional HR Strategist—helping them align their people and culture so their teams can thrive, and they can reach their business goals.
